Getting started

What does OfficeArt do?

OfficeArt is a creative video studio serving Denver and the Front Range. We handle concept development, creative direction, production, editing and delivery.

Our three core services are Brand Films, Campaign Videos and Screen Experiences — videos that introduce your business, promote what you offer, or play in your physical space.

Which service is right for my business?

Brand Films introduce your company, people or story — company stories, customer testimonials, and corporate videos for recruiting or internal communication.

Campaign Videos promote a product, service, offer or launch — product videos, e-commerce assets, social ads and promotional films.

Screen Experiences are for branded content in your space — lobby loops, welcome screens, service highlights and branded motion.

If you are unsure, tell us what you want the video to accomplish and where it will appear. We will recommend a starting point.

Do I need a finished idea before contacting you?

No. You can come to us with a product page, an upcoming launch, an existing video that needs work, or simply a business goal.

We help define the audience, message and creative direction before production begins.

Can we start with just one video?

Yes, and for a first project we usually recommend it. A single video with a clear purpose is a good place to start.

Additional edits, formats or follow-up videos can be planned together or quoted later.

Do you work only with Denver businesses?

On-site filming is coordinated across Denver South Metro and the Front Range. Creative direction and post-production can be handled remotely.

For projects outside our local filming area, we will discuss available footage and production arrangements before confirming the scope.

What do you need from us to get started?

The essentials are your business or product, your audience, the message or offer, where the video will run, and your target date.

Useful materials include your website, logo, brand guidelines, product photos, existing footage, and examples of work you like. We will identify any missing assets during planning.

Packages and pricing

How much does a project cost?

Brand Films start at $2,995. Campaign Videos start at $3,495. Screen Experiences start at $1,495 for content only; hardware, installation and ongoing subscriptions are separately scoped.

Final pricing depends on production needs, filming, deliverables, formats and complexity. You receive a written proposal before work begins.

What is included in the Brand Films package?

Up to a two-hour local filming session; one finished film of 60 to 120 seconds; one short social version; one silent, captioned cut; color finishing, sound and captions; and two consolidated review rounds.

The two-hour session is camera time on location and does not include setup and breakdown, which we schedule around it. One interview subject is included as standard; additional subjects are quoted.

Your proposal confirms the filming schedule, location, interview requirements, edit lengths and delivery formats.

What is included in the Campaign Videos package?

One product or offer; one approved concept; one main film of 20 to 30 seconds; three alternate openings built from the same core edit; two agreed aspect ratios; eight final video files, being four edits across two formats; burned-in captions; three primary-text options and three headlines; and two consolidated review rounds.

New filming is not included in the starting price. Campaign Videos are built from your existing product photography, footage and brand assets. If a shoot is needed, we identify that during planning and quote it separately.

Your proposal specifies the exact edits, formats and file count so you know exactly what you will receive.

What is included in a Screen Experience?

A Screen Experience can include branded loops, service messages, welcome content and atmospheric video designed for your space.

We confirm the screens, orientation, playback setup, content length and messaging before quoting. Installation coordination and scheduled refreshes can be included as separately scoped items.

What does “starting at” mean?

The starting price covers a defined project with an agreed brief. Additional locations, talent, filming time, specialist equipment or more complex production can increase the price.

Your proposal identifies what is included and any additional costs before you commit.

What exactly counts as a version?

A version is a specific variation of an agreed edit. A new hook is a different opening using the same core video. A shorter edit is a condensed version of the main video. A different format is an adaptation for a square, vertical or landscape placement.

These involve different amounts of work. Your proposal lists the included edits and formats so the final file count is clear.

Are filming, music and other production costs included?

This depends on the package. The starting Brand Films package includes a local filming session. Campaign Videos are built from supplied assets unless filming is separately quoted.

Your proposal confirms crew, travel, music and asset licensing, and any separately quoted production costs.

How do payments work?

Your proposal confirms the payment schedule, any deposit required, and when the remaining balance is due. We agree on these terms before production begins.

What happens if we need to reschedule or cancel?

Contact us as soon as your plans change. The options depend on the stage of production and any filming, crew or other bookings already committed.

Your project agreement sets out the applicable rescheduling and cancellation terms.

Creative direction and production

Can you turn our product page into video ads?

Yes. A product page and approved brand assets can provide the starting point.

We develop a clear concept, plan what viewers should see first, and create the agreed video edits and supporting copy. If we need better product photography or footage, we identify that before production.

Can you show us the idea before producing the full video?

Yes. Depending on the project, we can present a storyboard, sample frames or a short motion preview to help you picture the direction.

AI-assisted previews can help explore settings, lighting, mood and composition before filming or full production begins. Your proposal confirms which preview materials are included.

How does OfficeArt use AI?

We use AI selectively throughout the creative process. It can help us explore visual concepts, build storyboards, prototype scenes, and create selected elements for the finished video.

For example, we might preview a campaign’s atmosphere before a shoot, or create a background that supports approved product photography. We direct, edit and review the work to keep it consistent with your brand.

What is the difference between an AI prototype and the finished video?

A prototype demonstrates an idea. It helps you assess the visual direction, pacing or scene before we invest in completing it.

Prototypes may contain temporary imagery, rough motion or placeholder sound. They are labeled for review and are not intended for advertising or publication. The final video goes through production, editing, sound and quality checks before delivery.

Will the finished video use AI or real footage?

It may use either or a combination, depending on the concept.

We favor real footage or approved photography when showing your actual people, premises or product details. AI-generated elements can support atmosphere, backgrounds or imaginative scenes where they fit the story.

We agree on the approach during planning, and change methods if generated imagery cannot represent your business accurately.

Can we test several creative directions before choosing one?

Yes. We can scope an initial concept-development stage to compare a small number of visual directions before selecting one for production.

Multiple concepts or moving prototypes involve additional work and are not automatically included in a single-concept package. We agree on the number of options, preview materials and review rounds before starting.

How do you keep our product looking accurate?

We check visible product details against your approved references, including artwork, colors, proportions, labels and placement. For apparel, that also includes the garment’s appearance and print position. We review these details throughout the video.

If generated motion changes your product’s appearance, we use an approved still image or suitable existing footage where possible. If new photography or filming is needed beyond the agreed scope, we explain the options and obtain your approval for any additional cost before proceeding.

Can you use footage and photos we already have?

Yes, when the materials are suitable for the intended video and you have permission to use them.

We review their quality, orientation and available coverage before confirming what we can create. If something essential is missing, we will explain what additional material is needed.

Do you provide on-site filming?

Yes. Local filming is coordinated across Denver South Metro and the Front Range, with filming partners engaged according to the project.

You have one OfficeArt point of contact. Crew, location, filming time and deliverables are confirmed before production.

Can you help us prepare to be on camera?

Yes. We can help shape talking points or interview questions and plan what the video needs to communicate.

Any scripting, interview preparation or on-camera guidance included in your project is confirmed in the proposal.

Reviews and delivery

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on the creative approach, filming availability, complexity and review schedule.

We confirm milestones and delivery dates in your proposal. If you have a launch date or event coming up, tell us at the start so we can assess the schedule.

Will we approve the idea before production?

Yes. We agree on the creative direction before full production starts.

Depending on the project, that approval may involve a concept description, script, storyboard or sample frames. The goal is to establish what we are making before moving into production.

Concept approval does not use one of your two review rounds. Those rounds apply to the edited video. Your proposal states this alongside the milestones.

How do revision rounds work?

The starting Brand Films and Campaign Videos packages include two consolidated review rounds. Consolidated means each round is one collected list of feedback from your side, rather than comments arriving separately over several days.

We use that feedback to revise the work within the approved brief. A new concept, reshoot or additional deliverable may require a separate quote. We will flag any scope change before proceeding.

What files will we receive?

You receive the finished video files and supporting materials listed in your proposal, clearly labeled by edit and format.

Depending on the package, delivery may include a main video, alternate openings, social edits, silent screen versions, captions, ad copy and thumbnail images.

Can you make square, vertical and landscape videos?

Yes. We can adapt videos for different placements, including square, vertical and landscape formats.

We agree on the required formats before production so framing, text and product placement can be planned for them. Each included format is listed in your proposal.

Are captions included?

Captions are included in the starting Brand Films and Campaign Videos packages. Burned-in captions appear directly in the video.

If you also need a clean version without captions, or a separate caption file, let us know during scoping.

Are raw footage and editable project files included?

The standard deliverables are the finished files listed in your proposal. Raw footage and editable project files are not automatically included.

If you need them for your team or another production partner, raise that before work begins so availability, preparation and any licensing limitations can be addressed.

Where can we use the finished videos?

Tell us where you intend to publish or display the work, including paid ads, your website, social channels or physical screens.

Your proposal confirms the intended usage and any restrictions associated with music, stock assets, talent or other licensed material. If your plans expand, contact us before using the video in a new context.

Campaigns and ongoing support

Do you manage our ads or social accounts?

Ad management and social posting are not included in our video packages. The packages cover creative production and the agreed delivery materials.

If you also need campaign setup, account management or ongoing posting, mention it when you contact us. We will clarify what support is available and scope it separately. Advertising spend is separate from production fees.

Do you guarantee views, leads or sales?

No. Campaign results depend on the offer, audience, media budget, placement, landing page and other factors beyond the video itself.

We focus on clear creative, accurate presentation and the agreed deliverables. Alternate hooks provide options to test rather than relying on one edit.

Can you create new ads after the first campaign?

Yes. We can scope new hooks, shorter edits, seasonal messages or follow-up videos around the existing creative.

If you share campaign results, we can use those findings to inform the next round. Substantial changes or new footage may require additional production.

Will screen videos work on our existing TVs?

We begin by checking your screen specifications and how the content will play.

Existing TVs may be suitable, although a media player or another playback setup may be needed. We confirm compatibility and any equipment recommendations during scoping.

Can you refresh our lobby content regularly?

Yes. Scheduled updates can cover seasonal content, service changes, promotions and new brand messages.

The frequency, amount of new content, and any remote playback support are agreed separately.

How do we start a project?

Tell us about your business, what you want the video to accomplish, where it will appear, and your target date. If you have a budget range, include it.

We will discuss the right starting point and confirm the proposed scope before work begins.
