AI Content Disclosure
OfficeArt uses a mix of traditional production and modern tools to create premium video and screen content. Some videos on OfficeArt.co are created with AI or enhanced using AI tools (for example: avatar presenters, AI voice, AI-assisted editing, or AI-generated motion elements).
We believe viewers deserve clarity about content authenticity. When a video includes realistic AI-generated or meaningfully AI-enhanced elements, we aim to disclose it in the video description, on the hosting platform (when available), and/or near the embed on our site.
What “AI-generated” means
“AI-generated” generally refers to content where important parts of the visuals and/or audio were created synthetically, rather than captured from real-world footage.
- Avatar presenters or synthetic actors
- AI-generated scenes, images, or motion elements that look realistic
- AI voice used for voiceovers (including synthetic or cloned-style voices)
What “AI-enhanced” means
“AI-enhanced” generally refers to real footage or audio that has been meaningfully modified or improved using AI tools. This can range from major edits to lighter technical improvements.
- Meaningful alterations to what appears to have happened
- Audio restoration or restructuring that changes delivery significantly
- AI-assisted edits for pacing, captions, translations, or background changes
Minor, purely cosmetic edits (e.g., light noise reduction) may not always require labeling on some platforms, but we still lean toward transparency whenever it’s helpful.
How we disclose AI usage
Depending on where the video is displayed, you may see disclosure in one or more places:
- On platforms (e.g., Vimeo): we use available “Includes AI”/AI disclosure settings when content is realistic and AI-generated or meaningfully altered.
- On OfficeArt.co: we may add a small “Includes AI” note near an embedded video or in a portfolio caption.
- In deliverables to clients: we can include a disclosure line in the description and provide guidance on platform labeling.

What we don’t do
- We do not present AI content as real footage of real events when it could mislead viewers.
- We avoid using AI in ways that impersonate real people without permission.
- We do not create deceptive “deepfake-style” content for harm, fraud, or misinformation.

- All-traditional: filmed footage + standard post-production
- Hybrid: filmed footage + AI-assisted motion/voice or enhancements
- AI-forward: avatar host + synthetic voice + designed backgrounds
