How we use AI
We use AI tools in some of our work. Here is exactly where, and where we do not.

Why this page exists
AI is part of how a lot of production work gets made now, and most studios do not say so. We would rather tell you plainly, so you know what you are buying and can decide what you are comfortable with.
Where we use AI
AI video production. Some of our packages are explicitly AI-generated or AI-assisted. Where that is the case, it is named in the service and in your proposal — it is the product, not a substitute for something else.
Studio mockups and concepts. We use AI image tools to visualise ideas quickly — how a lobby screen might look, how a scene might be framed. These are concept visuals for discussion, not final deliverables, and we label them as such.
Motion, cleanup, and editing assistance. Modern editing software includes AI-assisted tools for tasks such as noise reduction, transcription, rotoscoping, and upscaling. We use these where they improve the result.
Drafting and research. We may use AI assistance when drafting scripts, outlines, and copy. A person writes the final version, and a person is responsible for it.
Where we do not use AI
We do not use AI to fabricate testimonials, reviews, or client quotes.
We do not generate synthetic footage of real people without their knowledge and permission.
We do not present AI-generated concept visuals as photographs of completed installations.
We do not use AI to make claims about results, performance, or outcomes that we cannot support.
Filmed work is filmed
When a project includes on-site filming, that footage is real footage of your people and your space, captured by a camera operator. AI tools may assist in post-production, but the material is genuine.
You can ask
If you want to know how any specific piece of work was made, ask and we will tell you. If you would prefer a project be produced without AI-generated imagery, say so at the proposal stage and we will scope it that way.
Ownership
Rights in the work we deliver are set out in your proposal. Where AI-generated elements are used, we will tell you, because the copyright position for purely AI-generated material differs from work created by a person.
