Additional terms that apply when your project includes AI-generated or AI-assisted work.

When these terms apply
These terms apply in addition to our Terms of use and your signed proposal whenever a project includes AI-generated or AI-assisted elements. Where your proposal says something different, the proposal controls.
What you are buying
AI video production is a distinct service, not a cheaper version of filmed production. It is scoped, priced, and named as AI work in your proposal. If your project is filmed, it is filmed; if it is AI-generated, it says so.
Revisions
AI-generated work is directed rather than shot. Output varies between generations, and precise control over a specific frame is not always possible. Your proposal will state the number of revision rounds included and what a revision covers. Requests that change the concept, rather than refine it, are treated as new scope.
Likeness and voice
We will not generate a synthetic likeness or voice of any real person without written permission from that person. If your project involves recreating a person's appearance or voice, you are responsible for obtaining and evidencing that permission before production begins.
Material you supply
If you provide photographs, footage, logos, music, or text for use in an AI-assisted project, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it for this purpose, and that our use of it will not infringe anyone else's rights.
Ownership of AI-generated work
On full payment, you receive the rights set out in your proposal to use the delivered work for the agreed purposes. You should be aware that under current U.S. law, material generated entirely by AI without sufficient human authorship may not be eligible for copyright protection. We cannot warrant that purely AI-generated elements are protectable by copyright, and we will tell you where a deliverable contains such elements.
Third-party AI tools
We use commercial AI tools operated by third parties. Those tools have their own terms and their outputs are subject to them. We select tools that permit commercial use of outputs for the work we deliver.
Accuracy
AI tools can produce text or imagery that is plausible but incorrect. We review AI-assisted output before delivery, and you are responsible for confirming that any factual claims, figures, names, or product details in the final work are accurate before you publish it.
What we will not produce
We will not produce work that impersonates a real person without consent, fabricates testimonials or endorsements, misrepresents a product's capabilities, or is intended to deceive. We may decline a request on these grounds at any stage.
Disclosure
You are free to disclose that a piece was AI-produced, and in some contexts you may be required to. We are happy to tell you exactly which elements were AI-generated so you can describe the work accurately.
