1) Definitions
- AI Services: services where we use AI tools to create, edit, translate, synthesize voice, generate scripts, or enhance media.
- Input: materials you provide (text, logos, brand guidelines, photos, footage, style references, product/service claims).
- Output: content produced for you (videos, audio, scripts, captions, translations, graphics, metadata).
- Third-party providers: platforms or tools we may use to deliver AI Services (e.g., video hosting, voice/translation, or avatar tooling).
2) Limitations of AI output
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be unique and may contain errors. AI may produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain audiences or regulated industries. We can help edit and refine, but you remain responsible for approving final deliverables for publication.
3) Ownership & licensing
3.1 Your Input
You keep ownership of your Input. You grant us a limited license to use your Input only to perform the requested services.
3.2 Your Output
Unless your agreement says otherwise, you own the Output we deliver to you to the extent permitted by law and third‑party tool terms. You are responsible for how you use the Output and for ensuring it does not infringe others’ rights.
3.3 Portfolio use
We only display your work as a portfolio example with your permission, or if our contract explicitly includes a portfolio clause.
4) Your responsibilities
- Rights & permissions: You confirm you have the rights to any Input you provide (logos, images, music, footage, scripts).
- Consent: If you ask us to use a real person’s likeness, voice, or brand representative, you confirm you have permission to do so.
- Accuracy & compliance: You review and approve Output for factual accuracy, disclaimers, and legal/regulatory compliance.
- Labeling: Where required, you are responsible for disclosures that content is AI-generated or AI-enhanced.
5) Restricted uses
You may not ask us to create Output that:
- Impersonates real people without authorization, or creates deceptive “deepfake” style materials.
- Promotes illegal activity, fraud, or harmful or harassing content.
- Includes sensitive personal data (SSNs, health records, passwords) in prompts or scripts.
- Violates intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks) or contractual restrictions.
6) Third-party AI providers
AI Services may involve third-party platforms processing Inputs and generating Outputs. We choose reputable tools when practical and configure settings to reduce unnecessary retention where available. Some tools may apply their own terms and limitations.
If you need stricter handling (e.g., private processing, restricted data, or on‑prem workflows), ask for our “private/local” options.
7) Data handling & privacy
We treat your project materials as confidential business information and use them only to provide services. For website data and general privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.
8) No warranties; quality notes
AI is evolving quickly. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be error‑free, non‑infringing, or suitable for every purpose. We will collaborate to revise outputs, but final review and approval are your responsibility.
