We come to your office, evaluate the screens in context, and remove the guesswork. You’ll know exactly what works, what doesn’t, and what to do next.

  • Screen check: model, size, ports, wall mount, and placement
  • Connection review: HDMI access, Wi-Fi strength, and signage/streaming options
  • Lighting + glare check to ensure the loop looks premium (not washed out)
  • Playback recommendation: USB loop, smart TV app, signage player, mini-PC — whatever fits best
  • Quick photo set of the space so we can design and quote accurately
  • Simple “next steps” plan: what to install, what to keep, and what to skip

Your $65 is fully credited toward any Concierge Installation or your first OfficeArt project.

Think of it as a paid consult that becomes a discount the moment you move forward.

Outside Denver South Metro? We can still help — travel is quoted based on distance. Reschedule anytime with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the $65 credit due to reserved travel time. If weather or travel conditions impact the visit, we’ll reschedule at no cost.

On-site walkthroughs are available across Denver South Metro, including Highlands Ranch, Parker, Centennial, Littleton, Lone Tree, Greenwood Village, Castle Rock, and nearby areas.

If you’re outside the core area, request a quote and we’ll confirm availability.

Usually not. We prefer to use what you already have when it’s workable. If something needs upgrading, we’ll recommend the minimum required — with practical options.
Can we do a Virtual Audit instead?
Yes — if you want to start virtually, book the complimentary Virtual Lobby Audit and we’ll review your setup over Zoom.
What happens after I book?
